3 Operations handling
For complex request, our experienced operation team will personally handle the end to end process physically and off the platform as we may anticipate unexpected variables in such requests.
4 Completed delivery
Upon completion of deliveries, our drivers will upload the delivery documents necessary accordingly via our in house application. Post payments allows billing to occur at the end of every month.
